Upon receipt of the receipt of the returned product, we will carefully review requests for credit or exchanges specific to the designated product to order. To initiate this process, please reach out to our support team at support@copantrade.com within 7 days from the delivery date. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in Copan Trade. 

GREEN COFFEE RETURNS

Our return policy allows for product returns within one week from the date of order receipt if you are dissatisfied with the product's condition. However, please note that exchanges or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Flavor Profiles: As flavor profiles may vary with each harvest and are influenced by factors beyond our control, such as roasting methods, we cannot guarantee consistency in taste. Our responsibility lies in delivering high-quality beans, not in controlling the subjective nature of flavor. 
  2. Unexpected Differences: Different geographic regions have distinct grading systems for their beans, and there is no universal standard. To avoid any uncertainties regarding grade differences in a particular country or region, we recommend conducting thorough research before making a purchase.

    We appreciate your understanding of these terms as we strive to maintain transparency and uphold the quality standards of our products. If you have any concerns or further inquiries, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

    We gladly accept exchanges or refunds for the following circumstances:   

    • Damaged Products
    • Incorrect Products
    • Stolen or Non-Delivered Packages.

     

    To ensure compliance with health codes and sanitary standards, the returned product must be unopened and in its original packaging. For exchanges, we will promptly dispatch another coffee of your choice. 

    To initiate a return, kindly contact us at support@copantrade.com to commence the return process. Upon approval, a return label will be promptly dispatched to the email address associated with the order. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these procedures for a seamless resolution.

    Should you choose not to proceed with an exchange for any reason, we will initiate a refund for your initial purchase amount, deducting the applicable shipping costs. 

    OTHER RETURNS

    Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase made through us, kindly reach out to us via our contact form at support@copantrade.com. We are pleased to facilitate refunds or exchanges for items returned in unused condition within one week of the purchase date. 

    To initiate a return, please furnish us with your name, order number, the quantity of units being returned, and the reason for the return. Following the processing of your return or exchange request, a return label will be dispatched to the email address associated with the order. Your cooperation in providing these details is greatly appreciated.

    CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

    To request order cancellations or modifications, please contact us through our official contact form at support@copantrade.com. When reaching out, ensure you provide your name, order number, and specify the reason for the requested changes. 

    For the removal of an item from an existing order, a partial refund can be processed without the need to cancel the entire order. If you would like to add items to your order, kindly place a new and separate order. In the event of processing errors, missing, or incorrect products, we are dedicated to resolving any discrepancies and making the necessary adjustments.
