Story
La Chilana - Finca La Chilana is located in the El Triunfo protected reserve of the Sierra Madre Occidental in Chiapas, Mexico, at altitudes ranging from 1,300 to 1,525 meters above sea level. The farm is committed to producing high-quality, no-filler coffee while preserving its surrounding environment. Practices include protecting biodiversity, keeping rivers uncontaminated, and prohibiting hunting and logging. The farm also supports its workers with room and board, medical care, clean drinking water, sanitation, fair wages, and humane work hours. With nearly a century of coffee-growing heritage and ownership dating back to 1978, La Chilana is dedicated to ethical farming and delivering clean, fresh, and flavorful coffee with every harvest.
