Our Central American green coffee beans originate from Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. The coffees brewed from these locations have a wide range of naturally occurring flavors such as almond, apple, brown sugar, caramel, cascara, cherry, citrus, chocolate, floral, grape, grapefruit, hazelnut, honey, mandarin, melon, orange zest, peach, raisin, strawberry, tangerine, sweet spices, and woody notes. The varieties of coffee plants harvested are Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Caturra, Heirloom Cultivars, IHCAFE-90, Lempira, Maragogype, Mundo Novo, Obata, Pacas, Parainema, and Typica. Altitudes these plants grow in range from 900 – 2,000 M. We carry washed, fully washed, and honey processed coffee beans that are either sun, patio, or machine dried or robusta.
